prev_next_buttons_location is just really weird - there are 3 locations for the buttons:
- bottom left side - enabled, cannot be disabled!
- bottom of the article - enabled by default
- top of the article - disabled by default
I'm not sure what to do about it because the bottom left side is not part of the actual upstream theme, but on the other hand if we remove it than that spot looks pointless
from mkdocs.
So the Documentation is wrong?
