Argument parsing is incorrect and causes rsync not to work about aws-ssm-tools

Hi, thanks for the report, however I'm not sure how to reproduce your issue. What's the command line that you use?

For example this works for me:

~ $ rsync -e "ssm-ssh --profile xxx --region ap-southeast-2" ec2-user@xxx:/
lrwxrwxrwx              7 2020/09/08 11:22:01 bin
lrwxrwxrwx              7 2020/09/08 11:22:01 lib
lrwxrwxrwx              9 2020/09/08 11:22:01 lib32
lrwxrwxrwx              9 2020/09/08 11:22:01 lib64
[...]

Likewise copying files there and back, etc. Keen to look at it and fix it but need a testcase plz.

I was unable to reproduce this behaviour. Feel free to reopen with a testcase and I will look at it.
