Expand DataTypeHolder to support default value range

• Move dynamic typing functions to .cpp
• Replace UUID codes with yave::uuid

namespace: /std/time/

• Retime: Specify time

  • out: T -> Time -> T

• Time: Get current time

  • value: () -> Time
  • second: () -> Float

All top level declaration should be able to have default input value. Default values are also used to feed values to constructors.

Use kinds to allow user defined type constructors

• Implement kind based type check at compile time (a4c3bdf)
• Implement dynamic type check using kind tags #43
