Climate integration

This is really a nice work but could you add a way to pass a climate? I want to control a WT101.

There are no limitations on device type, but 1st you have to get WT101 working under ChirpStack and then complete integration with adding getHaDeviceInfo() to template codec. MQTT component configuration support (including climate) is not yet implemented. Will schedule for implementation. Version 1.1.125 code extended to support HA MQTT integration component support.
