Status of CM3 development about cm3

Transition to Git will happen. As for activity, there is lots of it on m3devel mailing list. M3C backend is released, and various new ports are available.
My plan is to finish transition to Git in this month.

You may be interested to know that I put modula-3 in FreeBSD ports.

I made some changes as the provided compiler was trying to link the ports version of libgmp and libmpfr due to multiple reasons. The port actually uses a bootstrap compiler (I generated a new one that is mostly static unlike the one provided) and then use it to build a new compiler, which then builds the rest of the modula-3 source.

DragonFly BSD support will be added relatively soon as well.
