Is it possible to define max value? about react-currency-format

I came up with a workaround using format.

<CurrencyFormat 
  format={(val) => {
    if (val === '') {
      return 0;
    }
    if (parseFloat(val) > 100) {
      return val.substr(0, val.length - 1);
    }
    return val;
  }}
  onValueChange={(values) => setNumber(values.value)}
/>

Here's a workaround that works better in my opinion using the isAllowed prop:

const maxLimit = 1500;

<CurrencyFormat value={value}
                thousandSeparator={true}
                prefix={'$'}
                suffix={' USD'}
                isAllowed={(values) => {
                    const {formattedValue, value} = values;
                    if (value && parseInt(value) > maxLimit){
                        setError(`The maximal limit is ${maxLimit}`)
                        return false;
                    }
                    return true;
                }}
/>
