This application uses the prefix trie data structure to create an input field autocomplete type function that returns to the user an array of suggested words that match the letters typed into the input field. Selecting an item from the list of words increases its chances of being suggested again. Built with HTML/CSS/Javascript.

This project utilizes the PetFinder API to provide a tool to search for adoptable pets in a user's chosen area. The page will load initially with a random featured pet from any area in the country. Once the user enters a zip code to search, the first 25 each of dogs and cats in that zip code will populate. The user has the ability to route to see dogs, cats, or their favorited animals. Built with React, Redux, Router.

This project uses the Star Wars API to display film, people, planet, and vehicle data based on the category selected by the user. The user has the ability to view the first ten items of each category on the screen on individual cards. The user is able to favorite a card and view their favorited cards on a dedicated page. This project utilizes the Wunderground API to display weather information for a selected location. current, seven hour, and ten day forecasts are displayed when the user selects a location. The search function employs a prefix trie to auto populate location suggestions based on user input, and utilizes local storage to keep the user's most recently selected location on page reload.
