This is a strange issue however is resolved in the library.

The correct useage seems to be : like this :

var guid = Guid.NewGuid().ToString();
var file = TagLib.Png.File.Create(path: path, ReadStyle.Average);
// Create the 'subset' of tags for PNG for some reason.
var tags = file.GetTag (TagTypes.Png, true);
tags.Title = guid;
tags.SetInfoTag();

file.Mode = TagLib.File.AccessMode.Write;
file.Tag.Comment = file.GetTag (TagTypes.Png).Title;

file.Save();

In this case it seems to work, however the implementation differs from TIFF/jpg etc.
