Could not reproduce it on www.plupload.com using Nightly + Flash 10.1 beta 3 however this combo is very experimental. So you should use stable version of WebKit and Flash players.

It doesn't matter which browser you use. It also reproduceable with FF 3.5, 3.0 Google Chrome etc. And its not a browser issues as the Flash Debugger is giving an issue.
Are you using a Flash 10.1 B3 regular or debug build?

I tested the latest B3 worked fine on FF, Chrome and Safari.
