Rename tags to be compatible with semver format about popcorn-js

Do you just need v1.3.0, or do all of the tags need to be semver?

All. Bower has feature that install specific version like "$bower install popcornjs#v1.2.0"

I've added the tag for v1.3.0 and it installs the latest version with bower now:

Jons-MacBook-Pro:testing jon$ bower install mozilla/popcorn-js
bower cloning git://github.com/mozilla/popcorn-js.git
bower caching git://github.com/mozilla/popcorn-js.git
bower fetching popcorn-js
bower checking out popcorn-js#v1.3.0
bower copying /Users/jon/.bower/cache/popcorn-js/290dbd612b439b5abdbc0d42a3a98bcc
bower installing popcorn-js#1.3.0

I don't really want to add the semver tags for past versions because I'd rather have devs using v1.3.0+. Do you have a need for v1.2.0, or would you want semver tags just for completeness?
