dependency problem compiling on ubuntu about mpv-build

i was able to install it by running ./waf install in mpv-build/mpv directory

seems like it built fine now. however i dont know what ive changed since to make this work. this may not be the same issue as before. (granted i doubt i did change anything tbh)

The problem was likely that you have Nvidia drivers that are not a Debian package so the build system was not able to fully calculate dependencies. I added an exception to the build scripts to permit this. I'll go ahead and close this as this means it worked.
