This might affect only sites that have manually added custom styles to scrollbars?
Or does the scrollbar mainly go visible in the sites with small iframes?

Hey @dboune I might be overlooking this, since I primarily work on a Mac laptop, which doesn’t render the scroll bars unless you’re actively scrolling. What configuration are you using and do you have an external keyboard plugged in?

Whatever happens here is not consistent. My test page is https://playoverwatch.com/en-us/. At least once the scrollbars did not appear during a capture.. Other times they have done so at different points during the screenshot capture.

@dboune I just ran a test on that page—using a macbook pro running OS 10.11.6 with Chrome 58.0. My first screencapture wasn’t great, because content was still loading on the page (it’s a pretty heavy page with images, so the actual height of the page changed as the extension was scrolling the page). I tried a second capture on the same page (without reloading) and it came out perfectly. Is that type of result what you’re referencing or actual scroll bars?

@dboune I take that back. Some of the Chrome mac scrollbar scrollbar did somehow sneak in. I don’t have time right now to look in more, but I’ll keep this open for further inspection.

@mrcoles Thanks! Yes, the scroll bar just sneaks in there. Seems to maybe be just more complex pages, or longer pages, or both.

For my own purposes, the workaround I gave above is sufficient, but may not be suitable for everyone.

This might be sorted out on the latest version that is running in the webstore. Feel free to take a look and LMK if you encounter more scrollbar issues. Cheers!
