Logo for TinyDB? about tinydb

My only idea was a simple database symbol and the text "TinyDB"... Anyway, it would be cool to use the font from the docs ("Open Sans") and the hyperlink color as an accent color.

Yes, a basic DB logo would be great I think. And maybe moving the icon to the left?

pick the sources, I took the realistic DB in openclipart & I did the simple one... If you need to I can do more changes, just ask me.

It's the default hyperlink color from flask-sphinx-themes (flasky.css_t#L143)

No problem :) It's cool but at the moment I prefer fdev31's one (#25 (comment)) as you see at first glance that it's a database project.

Oh I see, I didn't really like the way databases are represented so came up with an unconventional one :D

At the end of the day it comes down to personal taste, I think :)

I wanted the grey boxes to represent documents (since TinyDB is document oriented), because I think usually people associate the round disks with the SQL databases.

I am really sorry because I am using GIMP, so the best I can do is PNGs. Do you know of anything that converts PNGs to SVGs?

No problem, I'll make a SVG myself, it should be easy.

In Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator you can vectorize graphics (like PNGs).
