However, why not also make an HV version of the alloy furnace, extractor and centrifuge (or maybe also freezer and/or tool workshop)? Because else converters and MV wires are still required for very useful machines.

Because that basically makes MV useless in game, tiers should not be linear upgrades where you get more speed + more power + more stuff etc by upgrading. Tiers are meant to be for different uses and work has been done to improve this for LV too.

All tiers should be required in end game instead of removing LV and MV from end game.

Oh, I understand now, that all tiers are required in end game so it isn't just a basic upgrading system and it's more realistic.
