@Kazaf123 Thank you for the report. I tried to reproduce the problem, also with the language set to Chinese, but in my case there is an error state message:
I am not sure if it is enough for blind users, but the behavior at least seems different from your case. Could you provide the specs for the device where you observed the problem?

Thanks for your attention. It's sorry for delay replying you. My device is SamSung SM-G955N. Maybe it is the error in its system. I will try other device to test. Thanks again.
