I checked it on MacOS 10.15.4 and Mumble 1.3.0 - buttons assignment works fine.
@Krzmbrzl, can we close the issue?

Thanks.

I'll check this out once I get some spare time to do a Mavericks compatibility run.

If you find more issues, please report them as well. :)

I'm curious though - does it still support reading modifier keys even when not Accessibility enabled?

Ah, It recognizes Shift, Control, Alt/Opt and Command.

Does not recognize any F-key, number pad keys, arrow keys,pageup/down/home/end/delete keys, or qwerty.

The only way that I have found to register non-apple apps for assistive access is by dragging the app icon from the finder onto the list of approved apps in the preference pane. I am able to use the Fn key as my PTT button without any problem after doing that.

Ah, cool. I was able to drag and drop the Mumble app and it did show up. Vent and Adium seem to have "auto discovered" and Steam injected itself. But the drag and drop is just as viable a solution.

Now, though, for some reason Mavericks thinks my Apple keyboard is Japanese, not US extended... Though I can type fine, Mumble shows the "`" key as a Japanese character, and won't recognize the key. But that's not a Mumble issue - unless it would be weird that only alpha keys are recognized as English by Mumble. Numeric and keys like [],.-= show up as a Japanese(?) character. Looks like the same character no matter what key is pressed. (See attached)

Are you using a non-Apple keyboard?

Fairly certain this is a Mavericks issue, not a Mumble one, but wasn't sure if this might be symptomatic of something else.

The keys showing up wrong is a Mumble issue. Not all keys are mapped very well in Lion/Mountain Lion/Mavericks, it seems.

Ah, because I used the ` key before Mavericks in Mumble 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 with no issues at all.

And with Apple not recognizing their own keyboard, I was thinking maybe the fact that Apple thinks my ANSI keyboard is a Japanese keyboard is the issue.
