Search rule(?) for vk.com locks upload button about opera

Can't reproduce on Opera 11.61, WOT 1.7. Hmm...

found these error mesages in opera's console, when clicking on "upload" button in vk.com:

Now I found a way how to reproduce this bug - it happens only if user didn't rated this site.
