Which version of OS X? Also, please include the output of 'uname -a'.

What do you get when you run
   grep getpagesize /usr/include/unistd.h
?

Finally, what does your config.h show for HAVE_UNISTD_H? Is it
#defined to 1, or #undef'ed out?

I managed to reproduce this. It has to do with the _POSIX_C_SOURCE #define.
This
will be fixed for the next version of perftools. In the meantime, you can fix
it
yourself by moving unistd.h up, to be #included before tcmalloc.h, in
memalign_unittest.cc.

perftools 0.93 was just released, which fixed this bug and a slew of other OS X
issues. The cpu-profiler should be working on os x now -- both i386 and
powerpc!
