If this doesn't work for you, try enabling compatibility mode and set it to Windows 7 for every executable in the root directory.

If the issue persists, you can attempt another method: use a DLL injector. Here is an injector. After downloading and following the instructions, add the "d3d11.dll" file as the file to inject, then launch the game to perform the injection. Note that this injector only supports build 1.68. If you have a different version, you can search for other DLL injectors here.

If this still doesn't work, consider trying a different version of the game. The mod started experiencing issues with build 1.67 due to a patch preventing the game from reading DLL files from the game directory. You might need to downgrade to an earlier version, like 1.65, before the patch.
