I suggest we keep this ticket open until we have more information on where each DAAC will store the documents. Apparently, DAACs will create a landing page for each collection, from where the documents can be retrieved. The locations of these web pages is still unknown.

The steps in Testrail are incomplete, and should say what is being verifyied about each document. The actual requirement just requires us to make the information available to the DAACs, so perhaps we should just verify that the DAAC acknowledged receipt of the documents.
