Carrier types done.
With content types, the problem is that they do not currently pass through the marc2bibframe conversion. It seems to expect English language terms, but Fennica has Finnish terms. Probably need to do some preprocessing first to the MARC records...

The simplest way is to remove the $2=rdacontent subfield in MARC preprocessing. Then the (Finnish) textual value will pass through marc2bibframe intact, as a Category resouce.

An additional issue is that URIs in RDAContentTypes.nt have double slashes. See RDARegistry/RDA-Vocabularies#117
