Request for new contract types: services (support/maintenance/project) and lease (circuits) about nautobot-app-device-lifecycle-mgmt

I like the idea for contract types on here.

I'm debating in my mind around the Lease type. The way that it is mentioned is a bit more of Circuit lifecycle, and should be there. But as I'm thinking/typing in one (looking to start a conversation), I do see where there are leases and such for equipment.

As long as it's supported in general, the additional benefit of it being tied to a circuit is nice to have but not indispensable.
The service contract however (whatever the sub-type) can absolutely be tied to a device.
I would even go a bit further and offer this remark: The software version (e.g Cisco IOS) can be viewed as an independent object from a device. It has its own lifecycle as it can span multiple devices of different device types. I realize it's not the same as a circuit but just saying..
