Need to allow changing a timeout which is related while @BeforeProcess is running about ngrinder

This issue is related on the ConsoleCommunicationImplementationEx class.

I don't think it's necessary. The test should be modified to execute fast. @newpcraft What do you think? Do we really necessary this?

Actually, this issue is just for some user who have to prepare testing data or stuffs over the internet before the test is started such as downloading and building the large size of data in order to input while testing on the agent.
I think, in some case, user couldn't modify to execute fast even he have made an effort for improvement because that speed might be depends on the network speed and the data size which have to test and so on.
Of course, this timed out value is so a reasonable in common use. However, I'd like to let user confirm this value who have install and operate the ngrinder instance.

OK. Just make it configurable and set it 30 as default value.
