filtering by QA parameter that does a lookup on an extra data field throws an exception about apollo

This cannot be fixed unless there is a change to extra data fields specifying the type of data stored in the field. For submission data fields, the data type is embedded in the form schema.

@takinbo this has been addressed with the caveat that only expressions involving strings are allowed. if, for example, you attempt to compare a numeric field or value with an extra data field, it will error out.

Closing the issue out as the expectation is not to have extra data fields be used for arithmetic operations. We would observe how this is used in practice and update accordingly.
