What is the long term status of Text.HTML.TagSoup.Tree? about tagsoup

I'm not doing much more than keeping the lights on for tagsoup. I suggest if anyone wants to do anything significant they take over the library. Otherwise, not that much is likely to happen.

@isovector - do you want to submit that and paste it over the top of what is there now? Do you want to take over ownership of tagsoup? Given you have a specific use case that would probably be a better maintainer than me :)
