Hello there!
I have same issue and solved it with set conda-anaconda-home variable to /home/user/anaconda3 (absolute path)

from conda.el.

necaris avatar necaris commented on August 20, 2024

@pmercatoris could you tell us a bit more about your environment? In particular, can you tell us:

  • Emacs version
  • Spacemacs version
  • output of ~/miniconda3/bin/conda --version
    ?

from conda.el.

ztlevi avatar ztlevi commented on August 20, 2024

@necaris I have the same error pop up. I'm able to activate on terminal.
conda 4.8.3

Absolute path did not work for me; the problem remains.

for line
(return-code (process-file shell-file-name nil '(t nil) nil shell-command-switch command)))
my shell=file-name is "/usr/bin/zsh" . not sure if that makes a difference.
