Text stays stuck overhead after teleporting

If dialog is displayed overhead the player when teleporting or loading it stays and never gets cleared.

Option to log chat in side panel

Add option to log in chat a side panel or both.

Add settings and customizability.

setting to hide NPC or Player dialogue.
setting to change colors used for chat.

Ignore option

Add comma separated list in a multiline text box to the config that is checked to ignore npcs like the banker.

NPE caused by posting ChatMessage with null name
