[Bug] AVM Decompiler not working for hex files about neocompiler-eco

HI @lock9 , the avm upload feature expects "binary" format (which is usually generated by all compilers, boa, neon, ...), not hexstring format. You can convert locally in linux by using xxdcommand, example: xxd -p 1528913809733.avm generates:

656c6c6f05576f726c64615272680f4e656f2e53746f726167652e507574
616c7566
The opposite can be done (hexstring to binary): xxd -p -r contract.hex > contract.avm

But I'm gonna test it again anyway, something may have corrupted this feature recently.

Ok, it's working, but I put an alert message to make sure upload was successful:

Note that ABI information cannot be obtained from AVM (that's why we don't have that from Python either, since boa compiler do not support it, only neon...).
