I don't see an issue. Please always test with the latest version (0.10.0, or ideally nightly).

I came looking if somebody else has noticed this. Tried with 0.10.0 and nvim --clean does not reproduce issue.

Seems to be a matter of treesitter capture, as conceal around tags works normally after :TSDisable highlight.

:set conceallevel=2
:TSDisable highlight
:help autocmd

No, because 0.10 enables treesitter highlighting is enabled by default for help files. (:TS* commands are specific to nvim-treesitter so irrelevant here.)

Relevant for original issuer though. I updated nvim-treesitter from 0.9.2 to latest commit and conceal seems to work correctly for help files regardless of :TS*.
