[Feature(WEB)]: 유저의 화면과 마이크를 인풋 받을 수 있게해주세요

요구사항

• 유저의 화면과 소리를 인풋받을 수 있어야합니다.
  • 일단 클라이언트의 마이크와 카메라를 허용받아 화면에 띄울 수 있도록 컴포넌트를 구축해주세요
  • 사용자는 카메라와 마이크를 선택해서 변경할 수도 있어야합니다.
