SSH::Config @@default_files does not work for user nobody about net-ssh

Try removing the ssh user settings. example:

Net::SSH.start('my_host', 'my_user', :password => 'my_password', :config => false, :user_known_hosts_file => [], :keys => []) do |ssh|
  ssh.exec("ls -lh")
end

it worked for me
