Hi,

That's seems to be an encoding issue. Is there any reason to use US-ASCII encoding? I think my files are always encoding in UTF8.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am not sure which file this relates to. I have no reason to use US-ASCII at all. I will check the .strings files. Thanks again!

All of the .strings are in UTF8. I have removed a special character (…) from all versions of my .strings files and the english one is now working, but it doesn't parse french, german, spanish - probably because all of these have quite a few special characters such as Umlaute or ¿.

Just reconvert the file to UTF8 using vim or sublime text..., it happened to me sometimes if you copy paste some non UTf8-strings to a file.
The script does support special characters for languages like french, german or chinese.
