InstallHook fails if DynamicClassLoaderManager is being restarted due to bundle updates about accesscontroltool

The proposed workarounds are

1. Don't use subpackages
2. Only use the install-hook in the package containing all the other ones
3. Use the new mechnism to temporarily pause the JCR installer outlined in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-3747 (automatically being leveraged by the Package Manager in AEM 6.1 SP1)

No, because the package installer is not automatically using the feature being provided in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-3747 (at least I could not find that it is using that feature). Therefore to use this filter you rather have to add such a node manually with the help of a hook (and later on remove that).

With latest versions of package manager (AEM 6.2, AEM 6.1 SP1) the pauseInstallation node as being respected by the JCR Installer (since SLING-3747) is created and hence this issue is solved for all projects on a current AEM version/patch level. Closing as won't fix.
