Doesn't look like it's related to Trajectories (or maybe an old version?). I have never observed this issue and I'm playing with Trajectories for quite some time... Please re-open if you still have the issue and can confirm it's related to Trajectories (using the latest version and no other mod)

Oups, I know why I didn't see it, it only happens when the trajectory is updated, and now it is updated only when in map view. So the issue still happens after a crash if the map view is open. The log is spammed with "getObtAtUT result is NaN! UT: NaN"

Bug fixed by detecting a crash (vessel.Parts.Count == 0) and stopping updates when it happens.
