Thanks for writing to us about this issue, and sorry for the trouble it's caused you! In order to diagnose it, we're going to need the agent's log file and configuration file from your application, so it would probably be better to work in a support ticket so that we can exchange those files securely. Can you please file a ticket at support.newrelic.com?
Also, it sounds like you were previously able to use the agent, so if you could describe in your ticket exactly what changed between when things were working and not, that would be very helpful as well.
