My guess is it's the either the version of Java you're running this with, or a network/proxy issue. Can you post plugin.err here?

the problem was the proxy to which it was pointing to go to the internet and its old SSL / TLS, therefore we put a new machine, a linux and proxy for that purpose, and voila, it worked perfect friend,
