project.properties file data not being read about nexial-core

New patch has fixed the issue! It is working great now.

Please make sure:

• {project}/artifact/project.properties exists, is readable (by Nexial) and has at least 6 bytes.
• also I have a suspicion that the you might have a : character in the value portion of your properties. For example: my_key=http://mywebsite/a/b/c

If that's the case, you might need to escape the colon, like
my_key=http\://mywebsite/a/b/c

never mind... found the problem. Something was excluded in the last build. I'm pushing a patch now.. Hope that'll fix this.
