Gebruikers met de ADMIN of COPIA rol kunnen alle items wijzigen en verwijderen, andere gebruikers niet. Dit is hard-coded met een nieuwe functie in ProductController die de rechten van de gebruiker controleert in het edit en delete formulier (geen URL omzeiling mogelijk).
Gebruikers kunnen altijd de items zien die op hun lokatie staan.

Getest in master, werkt goed.
Wel een ongerelateerde fout gevonden:
- Normale gebruikers kunnen alle lokaties zien in de product formulieren
