Date in CoMix off by one

The CoMix data sent to Nick had an error with the cleaning of the survey data.

There was an issue with the cleaning and the updated data now has correct dates.

survey_date is when the survey was done
date is when the contacts were made.

The code in CoMix needs to be updated to address this.

Unclear what goes into the model asc

Could you just define what the data that goes into the model asc is?
