it's not possible to do this at the moment without modifying the library.

It's relatively easy to do - just swap the X and Y values in a few of the methods.

Someone has made a fork that does this already, although it's not completely up-to-date:

Hi Nick,

Could you tell me to swap which methods for the X and Y values. As i want to combine the horizontal (your original) with the vertical iCarousel. I included both controls in my app, ofcourse it wont like it.

I want to use a vertical linear icarousel in the master uisplitview and on the left (detailview) the original horizontal one. Could you please help me where to change the methods for the vertical one?
