my issue was solved. apparently they changed the billing system in OpenAI so I was in negative credits. After puting some money it worked again

Same here. The API is ok and I have not made any requests at all, so a 429 for limits is weird. Can anyone offer assitance?

For me the issue was solved by removing name of the folder from the "Recordings folder" setting. I had there "Recordings" from where I tried to upload audio to OpenAI using whisper plugin. It was an ERR_UPLOAD_FILE_CHANGED error, it seems to be a plugin was changing somehow a file under the hood, that's why chrome didn't allow me to upload it.

The plugin works with an old user key, but not a new project key (OpenAI wants account holders to use these now). Does this plugin need to be updated for project keys?
