Hi Alex,

Yes currently brainstorm doesn’t analyze fMRI data. The fMRI map we showed during last workshop was processed via FSL. We projected fMRI map onto the cortical surface by voronoi. We haven’t upload the this process in NIRSTORM since it’s not really nirs related. We will discuss and see how to proceed. You can also make your own projection process using ordinary method like a sphere or Gaussian kernel. Just make sure the fMRI map is processed with the same MRI and registered onto this MRI.
