Epimetheus can leave permanent pending markers for ordinary Pi sessions that exit before their first assistant response. Configure `autoFlushPendingOn` to include `"startup"`. 2. Start ordinary `pi`. 3. Submit a prompt, then exit or abort before the first assistant response finishes. 4. Start Pi again. The missing-session error repeats on every startup.
