If you just want to generate a hash value for the setting.js file, you can use this online tool:

Does that help? Saves you having to install the admin tool.

yessss thx. That worked :-)
(I did find another tool but there I had to provide the nr of tries...? and this generated a different hash depending on the nr of tries so I thought it would specifically need to do it by node-red-admin)

Im running Docker on Synology DS and this is not full/normal Docker
