Proposal from the call:
- If someone from the TSC wants to give feedback to someone they send an email to the TSC mailing list and to slack.
- After 48 hours if there are 2 LGTMs it's OK to provide feedback (otherwise 72h).
- Alternatively if there is a majority it can be sent before.
