Thanks for the issue reporting. However, the HTML you sent is not enough to narrow down the problem. On a second look, moreover, I cannot find a reason why this would happen.
You can do a test by removing ng-click completely and to see if you still get an error?

Also, please submit a stack trace from the Inspector console, and state the version of nsPopover you're using.
