Improve Closing Popover, Close trigger button? about nspopover

The popover close on the mouseout, after 1.5 seconds. I will make that value configurable.

Actually, it looks like it is staying open on the hover of the element that is clicked, but not the child elements.

The popover keeps active while the event that causes the trigger is active.
The popover closes after delay on the ' click' event because it has a short
duration. The version 0.5.7 fix that, the popover will stay open while the
mouse is over the element that has opened the popover (and its child) or
over the popover itself.
