Not sure if I'm missing anything or fonts design have been changed. What I'm seeing is NotoNaskhArabic use the same shape for digits among Sindhi , Persian and Urdu. I created test case for digits in Sindhi, Persian and Urdu using NotoSansArabic and NotoNaskhArabic and below are the results.
*Note:I added blank font as fallback font to make sure the digits displayed are coming from the font I want to test.

Here's Naskh (correct):

In Sans, the six and seven in Sindhi are wrong:
