Not all glyphs need to have so much difference in the weights and this is one of them so there's nothing that needs to be changed here.

@punchcutter It seems that at least for the serif version the circle actually gets smaller and thinner in the black weight... Is that not an issue?

In the current Serif fonts the glyph is identical in both weights.

Looks smaller in my screenshot. But either way, that seems to be a bug...
