Intermittent failing CI due to `Failed to execute statement: disk I/O error` about edgesec

Reopening, #288 did not fix this. However, it did improve the error messages:

Hi @mereacre, I'm guessing this issue should be fixed by cecb5e4.

If that commit doesn't fix this issue, feel free to re-open this.
